Coffee with dates aroma

Coffee with dates aroma is a blend of Arabica-robusta coffee and dates seeds. The roasted dates kernels were ground like coffee on a grinder. After roasting the kernels colour is 74, moisture content is 2.38 and bulk density around 635. Feeding temperature is 170° and roasting time around 15 minutes. The roast end temperature is around 195°. Grain distribution characteristics is 886 µm. Further tests are conducted in Brazil to asses the feasibility of the blend and its like taste coffee. Roasting and grinding process parameters are very similar to the coffee and aromas contained into oil seeds are giving a very similar smell then coffee smell. This is very favourable for a successful blending.
